Dame underwear down?
My husband works with a guy whose wife takes care of needy children. These kids are 5 and younger. A few of children literally have NO shoes and slippers to go to their attention on, or the child had a soccer cleats in regular shoes. For the latest months we have been giving to all our 4 year old clothes that no longer fit. I was going through a pile of clothes, and I found a lot of underwear that no longer looked good. They are clean and stainless steel, and in excellent condition, but it would be too sticky to give away too? As I said, these children or even have shoes, so I'm thinking of spend by underwear that helps these families (over underwear child is expensive!), but then another personal note I would not want someone to give me your hand me down underwear for my son. What is your opinion? Give it away, or pull them?
I would call the wife and ask her what she prefers. Tell usually never think about it, but as they are in such need ... and your garments are clean ... would be shame to waste them. In this economic environment, we may ALL be doing things we never thought we would do. underwear hope that is the biggest of our problems! Good for her for helping these poor children. And congratulations to you to find a new home for your old clothes!
