How I can get into the children as a coach?
I am not new to coaching. I have trained students and adults throughout the college (basketball, softball, Men and Women of Soccer, Football). Now I'm out of college and living in the Dallas area, I want to train. Children are so fun training because they have high learning curve and they know fun. I am willing to coach anything. From swimming to soccer to football and so on. What happens is that I am not a parent and most of the coaches I've talked to have a child on the computer. And I have no direct connection to the computer. What I do is volunteer on a computer for a year or two and get some experience behind me and then try to get a team to train. Any advice would be great. Note: Do you have a job full time (engineer); I live in Dallas, TX area (Plano);
GO TO THE CHURCH AND THE YOUTH INVOLVED WITH there you can think of doing MENTORING ALSO we need more male models if none of them work the fields go sailing LOCAL APPROACH TO SEE IF SOME COACHES CAN USE YOUR ASSISTANCE.
