Can I get fit in four weeks?

I am a football player level, but was injured and have not done any hard training since May … I am willing and able to run 3 miles a day almost every day plus a weight workout 4x a week .. I have to be ready for football University August 5 … Is it possible to be in good shape with then? thanks!

When I start working out, I notice a difference in my endurance usually in about 2 weeks and a difference in the way my clothes fit in about 3 weeks, so yes, I think you could make some positive steps to be fit before August 5. :)
