SOL Win NPSL West Championship 2-0 against
rival Sacramento Knights!!!
July 29, 2005 Sol beat the Sacramento Knights in the NPSL West
Championship Game in Sacramento, with two second-half goals by David Briceno.
The Knights attacked relentlessly, hitting a post and forcing numerous great
saves by Sol keeper Derek Shaffer. Although the Knights won the regular
season by attaining 38 points to the Sol's 35 points, the Sol beat the
Knights 4 out of 5 games this year, including 3 out of 4 games played in
Sacramento!!!

at the soccer field of California State University at Sacramento. All Sol
fans welcome and encouraged to drive up for the game. There will be a Sol
Fans Cheering Section!!!
